OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: i don't have any triggers myself, but bttf does touch on incestuous themes (due to time travelling shenanigans, marty's mum briefly has a crush on him). i may allude to it occasionally in writing as one of many unbelievable things that's happened in marty's life, but in canon it doesn't go far at all.
CANON FAMILIARITY: i've seen the film trilogy as well as the musical and played the telltale game to the final episode. currently reading the IDW comics.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: mostly OK, especially if you're friendly. marty's pretty tactile himself as far as claps to the shoulder, high-fives, or hugs go.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: yes! he's a fighter, though, and will definitely hit back. if given access to a gun, he's not afraid to use it.
RELATIONSHIPS: for platonic relationships, i'm open to anything, positive or negative! for romance, he's dedicated to his girlfriend, jennifer, in canon. considering he's monogamous, any relationships would either assume a) he never started anything romantic with her; or b) he's convinced that he's never going to see her again and has had ample time to move on from her.
